Calling All Prospective Sponsors

The 8th Annual CUNY Accessibility Conference will be taking place on April 11th, 2017 at John Jay College of Criminal Justice. This year’s theme is Excellence Through Academic Partnership. Each year, we have over 300 attendees that are important figures in higher education, and this conference is expected to have a tremendous turnout, so your sponsorship will be more than appreciated.

The vendor area will be open from 10:00am to 3:30pm with a scheduled vendor session from 12:00pm to 1:30pm. Lunch will be provided.
Included with your sponsorship will be an opportunity for your company representative to introduce yourselves and speak directly to the assembled Conference attendees.
Please consider purchasing a sponsorship at one of the following levels:
Platinum Sponsorship Package: $850 – This includes promotion on the CATS website, Facebook and Twitter pages, a full-page ad in our conference journal, and access to the attendees contact list along, company logo prominently displayed. Platinum -level sponsors will have two full six foot tables reserved at the vendor session.
Gold Sponsorship Package: $700 – This includes promotion on the CATS website, Facebook and Twitter pages, a full-page ad in our conference journal and access to the attendees contact list. Gold-level sponsors will have a full six foot table reserved at the vendor session.
Silver Sponsorship Package: $550 – This includes promotion on CATS website, Facebook and Twitter pages, as well as a half-page ad in our conference journal. Silver-level sponsors will have a half-table (four foot) reserved at the vendor session.
The deadlines for submission of materials are as follows:
Registration: Friday, March 03, 2017
Submission of Artwork: Friday, March 10, 2017
Payment/Proof of Payment: Friday, March 31, 2017
Space for sponsors is limited, so please register as soon as possible. To become a sponsor, please fill out the Sponsorship Form. An invoice and further instructions will be sent to you after we have received the completed form.
